Complete single implants start from £2,300, composite bonding from £250 per tooth, and a new patient examination is £85 including x-rays, currently £40. Implant and teeth straightening consultations are free of charge.
So, why come to Wilmslow when there are dentists in the village?
Fair question, and we are not going to pretend the journey is nothing.
We are not in Alderley Edge. We are at 64 Manchester Road in Wilmslow, about three miles north and roughly ten minutes in the car. Anybody telling you their practice is in your village when it plainly is not has already told you something about how they operate.
What we would say is that ten minutes is not really a journey, and that people make it for particular reasons rather than general ones.
- Implant treatment is the main one.
Dr Nikhil holds a Master’s degree in Implant Dentistry from the University of Manchester, which involved several years of postgraduate study devoted entirely to implantology. Many dentists placing implants have completed a short certificate course instead. Both are perfectly legal, and the depth of training differs considerably.
He also carries out bone grafting, sinus lifts and zygomatic implants, which means patients told elsewhere that implants are not possible for them frequently turn out to be perfectly suitable.

Root canal treatment by a clinician with a Master’s in Endodontics. Restorative and cosmetic work led by Dr Natasja, who holds a Master’s in Prosthodontics. Complex cases do not need referring out partway through.
- And a meaningful number arrived having tried somewhere else first.
Failed implants, root canals recommended for extraction, cosmetic work that did not turn out as expected. Both of the first two are frequently retreatable.
Getting here from Alderley Edge
By car
Take the A34 north out of the village towards Wilmslow. Continue through the town and join Manchester Road heading north east towards Handforth. We are on the right hand side.
Around ten minutes in normal conditions. If you reach Handforth Dean, you have gone too far.
By train
Alderley Edge to Wilmslow is a single stop, around three minutes. From Wilmslow station we are about ten minutes on foot. Worth considering if you are having sedation or surgical treatment, since you will need somebody to take you home anyway.
Parking
We have our own parking directly outside the practice on Manchester Road. No time limits, no tickets, and no walk from a town centre car park.
If you are having surgical treatment or sedation, please arrange for somebody to drive you home. You should not drive yourself afterwards.
