Cookie Policy

What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site recognise your device on later visits and remember things like your preferences.
Similar technologies including pixels, tags and local storage do much the same job. Where this policy says cookies, it covers those too.
How we use them
We use cookies to:
- Make the website work properly
- Remember your cookie preferences
- Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- Measure whether our advertising is working
Only the first two are set automatically. Everything else requires your consent.
Your choices
When you first visit the site you are asked which cookies you are happy for us to use.
You can change your mind at any time.
[Manage Cookie Preferences]
Your current preference: [dynamic, shows current consent state]

Cookies set by other sites
Some pages link to or embed content from other services, and those services may set their own cookies.
- Our online booking system:
Booking an appointment takes you to CareStack, which operates under its own privacy and cookie policies. - Google Maps:
Our contact and location pages embed a Google map. - Finance applications:
Applying for finance takes you to Tabeo, which operates under its own policies.
We do not control cookies set by these services. Their own policies apply.
Managing cookies in your browser
As well as using our preference tool, you can control cookies through your browser settings.
- Chrome:
Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third party cookies - Safari:
Settings, then Safari, then Privacy and Security - Firefox:
Settings, then Privacy and Security - Edge:
Settings, then Cookies and site permissions
Blocking all cookies will affect how many websites work, including this one.
On mobile, the settings sit within your browser app rather than your device settings, though iOS and Android both offer additional advertising controls.
Opting out of Google Analytics across all sites
Google provides a browser add on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed standard for how websites should respond to it, and our site does not currently act on it.
Our cookie preference tool gives you direct control instead.
Changes to this policy
We review this policy periodically and update it when the cookies we use change. Any updates appear here with a revised date at the top.
