Invisalign Fees in Wilmslow
Free consultation, and you see a simulation of your finished teeth before you commit to paying for treatment.
Teeth straightening consultations at Croft Dental on Manchester Road in Wilmslow are free of charge. Invisalign is quoted individually following the ClinCheck, a digital treatment plan costing £325 that shows stage by stage how the teeth will move and simulates the predicted final result before the patient commits to treatment. Clear braces start from £800 per arch and Quick Straight Teeth from £1,500 per arch. Retainers are required after any orthodontic treatment and are charged separately, with Vivera retainers at £400 and fixed retainers at £150 per arch. Treatment is provided by Dr Natasja Kashyap, a Platinum Invisalign Provider.
So, why will nobody give you a straight price?
Because Invisalign is not one treatment, and the honest answer takes a moment longer than you would like.
The cost depends on how far your teeth have to move, and that cannot be assessed from a photograph, a phone call or a form. A case needing minor correction across the front teeth uses a fraction of the aligners a comprehensive case does, takes a fraction of the time, and costs accordingly.
Quoting one figure for both would mean overcharging the simpler cases to subsidise the complex ones. Plenty of practices do exactly that, and it is worth knowing when you see a single headline price.
How you actually get to a number here
The consultation is free. Dr Natasja examines your teeth, gums and bite and tells you whether Invisalign suits your case, roughly how long it would take, and which treatment type you would need.
The ClinCheck is £325. A digital scan is taken and used to build a stage by stage plan showing precisely how your teeth will move and where they will finish.
Your exact fee is quoted at that point, based on what your case actually requires rather than on an average.
What that buys you
You see a simulation of your finished teeth before paying for the aligners.
If the predicted result is not what you were picturing, you find out at that stage rather than eighteen months and several thousand pounds later. That is genuinely unusual, and it is the main practical advantage Invisalign has over fixed braces.
We tell you about the £325 upfront rather than letting you discover it after booking a free consultation. It is a qualifying step, and it means the quote you receive is accurate rather than a guess.

Which one you need
Determined by how much movement your case requires and by how confident you honestly are about wearing aligners twenty to twenty two hours a day.
Dr Natasja will tell you which she would recommend and why, including where a fixed option would serve you better than Invisalign.
Retainers are separate, and they are not optional
This is the part most commonly left out of orthodontic quotes, and it is worth being direct about. Teeth drift back after any orthodontic treatment. Not sometimes. Always. It is normal biology rather than a failure of the treatment, and retainers are how the result is held.
Vivera retainers, both arches: £400
Fixed bonded retainer, per arch: £150
For how long? Indefinitely. Most people reduce to wearing removable retainers a few nights a week after the first year, but the wearing does not stop.
Ongoing cost? Removable retainers wear out and need replacing periodically. Fixed retainers occasionally debond and need re-bonding. It is a modest ongoing commitment, and it is the cost of keeping what you have paid for.
If your teeth moved back after braces years ago
That is exactly what happened, and it is extremely common. A large proportion of adult orthodontic patients are people whose teeth were straightened as teenagers and who stopped wearing retainers in their twenties.
It is also not your fault if nobody explained retention properly at the time. This time it will be.

What affects your final fee
- How much movement is needed. The main factor. More movement means more aligners and a longer treatment period.
- Whether one arch or both are being treated. Most cases need both for a balanced bite, though some patients only need the upper corrected.
- Whether refinements are needed. Many cases need a short additional series of aligners at the end to fine tune the result. This is normal rather than a problem, and your plan will state whether it is included.
- Whether preparatory treatment is required. Decay and gum disease are treated before aligners are fitted. Aligners are not placed over untreated problems.
- Whether cosmetic work follows. Straightening often reduces how much bonding or how many veneers are needed afterwards, which frequently makes the overall cosmetic plan less expensive. Worth factoring in if alignment is the first stage of a wider plan.

- Finance
Spread the cost of Invisalign with finance
We offer finance on teeth straightening through Tabeo so the cost can be spread across monthly payments. Interest-free options are available with no arrangement fees or hidden charges.
Applications take a few minutes and you will know the outcome quickly. We will show you exactly what your treatment would cost per month at your ClinCheck appointment, alongside the quote itself.
Because treatment runs across several months anyway, monthly payments frequently align closely with the treatment period.

Frequently asked questions
Invisalign is quoted individually according to how much movement a case requires. At Croft Dental the consultation is free, and the ClinCheck digital treatment plan costs £325, at which point an exact quote is given alongside a simulation of the predicted result. Finance is available through Tabeo.
Yes. Teeth straightening consultations at Croft Dental are free of charge. The ClinCheck, which is the digital treatment plan showing stage by stage how the teeth will move, is charged at £325 and includes seeing the predicted final result before committing to treatment.
Retainers are charged separately at Croft Dental. Vivera retainers cost £400 for both arches and a fixed bonded retainer costs £150 per arch. Retainers are required indefinitely after any teeth straightening treatment, since teeth drift back towards their previous position without retention.
Clear braces at Croft Dental start from £800 per arch and Quick Straight Teeth from £1,500 per arch. Fixed braces work continuously without relying on the patient wearing them, which makes them a practical alternative for patients unlikely to wear removable aligners for the required twenty to twenty two hours a day.
Yes. Finance is available on teeth straightening through Tabeo, with interest free options, no arrangement fees and no hidden charges. Invisalign suits monthly finance particularly well since treatment runs across several months, so payments often align closely with the treatment period
A ClinCheck is the digital treatment plan for Invisalign, built from a scan of the teeth. It shows stage by stage how the teeth will move and where they will finish, allowing the patient to see the predicted result before committing to treatment. At Croft Dental it costs £325 and the exact treatment fee is quoted at that point.
Invisalign cost depends on how much tooth movement is required, which cannot be assessed without examining and scanning the teeth. Cases needing minor front tooth correction use far fewer aligners than cases requiring comprehensive movement and bite correction. Quoting a single price would mean overcharging simpler cases and undercharging complex ones.
Invisalign Lite uses fourteen aligners across both arches and treats mild to moderate cases, typically over around six months. Invisalign Full has no practical limit on aligner numbers and treats comprehensive cases including significant crowding and bite correction, usually over twelve to eighteen months. The appropriate option is determined by the amount of movement required.
