Dental Fees in Wilmslow
Our full fee guide, published openly. Every patient gets a written estimate before anything begins.
Croft Dental on Manchester Road in Wilmslow publishes its full fee guide so patients can see what treatment costs before making contact. A new patient examination is £85 including x-rays, currently available at £40, with routine examinations at £55. Implant and teeth straightening consultations are free of charge. A complete single dental implant starts from £2,300, full arch implant packages from £11,500, and composite bonding from £250 per tooth. Every patient receives a written treatment plan with an itemised estimate before treatment begins, and finance is available on larger treatment plans through Tabeo.
So, why do we publish all of this?
Most practices make you ring up to find out what treatment costs, and most people would rather not. Cost is the biggest reason patients put off treatment, so we publish ours. Fees marked “from” are starting prices, and the final figure depends on how complex your case is. Before any treatment begins you’ll get a written plan with each stage and cost set out, and nothing goes ahead until you’ve agreed to it. There are no surprise charges partway through.
Implant and teeth straightening consultations are free with no obligation. A new patient examination is £85 including x-rays, currently available for £40. We review our fees from time to time, so your written estimate is always the figure that applies to you.

- Finance
Spread the cost of treatment with finance
We offer finance on larger treatment plans through Tabeo so the cost can be spread across monthly payments. Interest-free options are available with no arrangement fees or hidden charges.
Applications take a few minutes and you will know the outcome quickly. We will show you exactly what your treatment would cost per month at your consultation.
If you attend regularly, our practice plan spreads the cost of examinations and hygiene appointments across fixed monthly payments rather than paying per visit.

Full arch implant packages start from £11,500. Bone grafting, where required, starts from £450. Implant consultations are free.
Composite bonding at Croft Dental starts from £250 per tooth. Most patients treat the front four or six upper teeth, giving a typical total of between £1,000 and £1,500. Porcelain veneers start from £750 per tooth and last considerably longer, though they permanently alter the tooth surface.
Yes. Finance is available on larger treatment plans through Tabeo, with interest free options and no arrangement fees or hidden charges. A practice plan is also available, spreading the cost of routine examinations and hygiene appointments across fixed monthly payments.
Yes. After an examination or consultation, and before any treatment begins, every patient receives a treatment plan including a written estimate of the cost. Where treatment proves more complex than originally assessed, a revised estimate is provided and discussed before proceeding.
Fees are shown as starting prices, since the final cost depends on the complexity of the individual case. A straightforward filling and a large restoration are priced differently. All fees are subject to change, and the written estimate provided after examination is the figure that applies.
No. Croft Dental is a private practice and does not provide NHS treatment. Fees are published in full on the practice website, patients receive a written treatment plan with all costs before treatment begins, and finance is available on larger treatment plans.
Implant and teeth straightening consultations are free of charge because they are assessment appointments for a specific proposed treatment, usually involving a scan and a discussion of options rather than a full dental examination. A general dental examination assesses the whole mouth, including the teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, and is charged accordingly.
